𝙂𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 🍳 Just before bank holiday weekend I got to take part in a lil VIP @eggslutuk cook along to make their trademark Fairfax. Named after the street it was invented on, this bun includes @breadaheadbakery brioche, @clarence_court eggs, caramelised onions, cheese, chives, bacon, and sriracha Mayo. You all know I’m a big @eggslut fan and have it on the regs, but it’s rare that I would get the Fairfax. I often go for the bacon, egg and cheese, but this cook along made me remember how awesome the Fairfax is, plus I think I got it spot on in the cook along. Also, I’m pretty sure it was the first tome I’ve made scrambled eggs 👀.
