This carb-free flatbread is a delicious alternative for those on a keto diet. It's made with just a few simple ingredients and is perfect for sandwiches, wraps, or dipping into your favorite sauces.
Ingredients: 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1 large egg. 2 tablespoons almond flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. In a bowl that can go in the microwave, melt the shredded mozzarella cheese for 30 seconds at a time until it's all melted. Mix the egg, almond flour, baking powder, and salt into the cheese that has been melted until everything is well mixed together. Put the dough on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Then, cover it with another piece of parchment paper. Roll the dough out to the thickness you want with a rolling pin. After taking off the top piece of parchment paper, bake the flatbread in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Allow it to cool a little before cutting and serving.
