@wildtrailsa Aardwolf 21k (actually 22 😉) trail race @ezemveloreserve this past weekend. 6th Overall and 4th in age category. Happy that everything worked out as well as it has been a while since I've run 21k consistently in training or racing. Was very hot and struggled the last few km out in the open and not much air movement to cool you down. @tailwindnutrition performed great keeping me #hydrated and #fuelled @julbo_eyewear kept me focused on the trail ahead especially in the technical bits.
