No matter the circumstances, I’ve taken another man's life. Doesn't that make me evil, too, Sakkarai? We often think the world is full of nothing but evil. I believed my job as a cop was to hunt down the bad and eliminate the evil. But we tend to forget that there are good people and benevolence in this world, too, right? Everyone is capable of goodness. Just as there was a Nagamma for that demon, there are also people like Chellappa sir for those like Moorthy, right? What I'm trying to say is that the world isn't as bad as it seems. It has its share of good people. You're one of them. Trust me.
