e-Business Infrastructure Software BURLINGAME, Calif. - July 26, 2000 - CrossWorlds Software,
Inc. (Nasdaq: CWLD), an e-business infrastructure software provider,
announced today that HighwayOne has purchased CrossWorlds' software

Using CrossWorlds, HighwayOne will integrate its Clarify customer

country-to-country, and eventually throughout the organization,
to increase efficiency and to eliminate process errors due to manual
data entry.

and comprehensive architecture will help our organization operate
more efficiently, and help us provide better service to end users
and partners."
Using CrossWorlds' Connector for Clarify and Oracle RDBMS, and
