My last three dnd characters have had massive buffs to Persuasion and insight and been dumb as a box of rocks. No fun etymology facts here, just intricate and infallible knowledge of the labyrinthine human (or elf, etc) soul. She can't pronounce polysyllables but she can sell a bicycle to a fish.
