001: coldflash plz ❤

Ooh nice I’ve never gotten a ColdFlash ask before :) 

when I started shipping it if I did: I don’t really know WHEN I started shipping it exactly - I guess I sort of realized that Len had feelings for Barry in the episode where his father showed up? And from there I started tagging things as Coldflash because I was pretty sure Len loved him, and then along the way I realized I just shipped them lol (that’s usually what happens to me when I lowkey ship stuff). 

my thoughts: They’re a very cool ship! I totally believe that Len has feelings for Barry - honestly I feel like pretty much everyone on the show does LOL - I’m less sure about Barry’s romantic feelings towards Len? Because that boy gives heart eyes to all the guys, but I also believe that his One True Love is Iris and so I’m a bit iffy (as with all of my other Barry ships or his own canon relationships) how much those feelings are reciprocated, if at all? 

What makes me happy about them: I LOVE that Barry just has this total faith in Len, and believes that Len will get better. Even after everything Leonard has done, Barry still thinks that there’s good in him and that makes me really happy. And - that Len has all this information about Barry but he follows his code, and that despite himself, he really does care for and respect Barry. By the time he finishes his mission on Legends, he’s going to come back and STILL be trying to act like he doesn’t care but he’d really be sitting in the back helping Barry out under the guise of his criminality. 

What makes me sad about them: Nothing? I guess maybe what I mentioned in my thoughts section, if anything. 

things done in fanfic that annoys me: I have actually never read a Coldflash fic! I’ve only recently been getting back into fanfic lol. 

things I look for in fanfic: N/A 

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Barry: Iris! Westallen will always be my endgame Barry ship actually. XD Len: Sara, or Mick since they’re partners anyway and I reeeeeeallly lowkey ship them lol. 

My happily ever after for them: idk if this is my happily ever after scenario for them, but I just love the idea of them being great friends as Flash and Cold. Like, Cold would be all “boo I’m going to help the villains because I am a Bad GuyTM “ but in reality he just helps Barry out despite himself because he cannot help himself. Or he’ll be robbing banks or planning huge heists and someone will try and go after Barry or Barry’s friends and Len will just turn on them and absolutely destroy them because absolutely no one is allowed to hurt the Flash. Everything he does, even the crimes, he does his best to never hurt Barry or people Barry loves, because that’s important to him and he doesn’t ever want to betray Barry’s trust, and Barry always finds himself slowing down juuuuust a little bit and Len always manages to slip away and Barry just shrugs his shoulders like “whoops guess I missed him this time what a shame.” 

who is the big spoon/little spoon: Hm, well, Barry is taller, but I have a feeling Barry would love to be the little spoon. Len would probably roll his eyes at the request, but he’d do it anyway. 

what is their favorite non-sexual activity: I’M GOING BACK TO THEIR FLASH/COLD DYNAMIC because idk it’s just super fun and I feel like they’d get such a weird adrenaline kick out of trying to catch each other oh man.
