Having been in town since their late teens, Riley had been coming to the festival for what seemed like most of their life. They were more of a spring person but the fall was also an atmosphere they enjoyed, especially early days like this with the festival. Riley spotted Lia standing by one of the festival stalls as they were wandering around. Stopping just a few feet away, they flashed a friendly smile.
“Hey, Lia! Didn’t expect to see you here."
