Location: Outside of Maggie’s Diner
Ruby had caught word of someone recently buying Maggie’s Diner and changing it to something very out of character for this town. According to her friends and family members, no one seemed happy about this. Maggie’s had been a go-to restaurant for years and years and the food was good. As she was walking home from work, she decided to change her route to see for herself what was going on. When she reached the diner, at first glance it didn’t look much different from the outside, except for the commotion of people moving things in and out. She did notice the infamous 50′s style sign with Maggie’s name was no more, and that hurt a little because the 50′s theme was what really gave the place heart. She felt like going right in there to ask to speak to the new owner to give them a piece of her mind, but she knew that it would probably do no good if it had already been sold. With a defeated sigh she was about to go on her way when a man stepped out of the building. Sharply dressed, and looking very much like someone she knew. Her eyes grew wide when she recognized him. “Fin..” the word left her lips as she approached slowly, suddenly finding it hard to speak. It felt like she was looking at a ghost or something. “What are you...doing here?”
