his bags felt heavy on his shoulders, letting out a muttered string of curses fumbling his keys to unlock his front door to his home. it’s been a good month away from home, loading his cameras memory card with shots that’ll hopefully get him a decent check. it was jamaica this time, the beaches around this time of year are really beautiful. it’s too bad he has to experience it all alone. jericho pushed through the door to toss his keys on the usual island that separated the kitchen and living area. everything seemed fine, in place as normal. jeri made his way to his bedroom only to jump back to find edvard sprawled out on his bed like he owned the damn place. “seriously? holy fuck,” he groaned, removing his hands that covered his face in frustration and slight horror? he should learn to expect things like this having someone like edvard in his life. jericho threw the smallest of his bags to hit him in the back. “off my bed, sunshine. how damn long have you been here?” of course he let him know when he’d be returning but jesus. locks aren’t that important to edvard, clearly. maybe a part of jeri was worried about him after all. “everything okay in there?” he ruffled his hair with a fond smile after throwing the rest of his packed duffel bags onto the floor to deal with later. “hate that you denied my invitation to jamaica, by the way. i don’t know if i can ever forgive you.” { @oncebattled }
