the missions were issued almost too quickly. it was almost little to no time for the heroes to take a breath. they were at constant and steady war with the Doves, and Go hadn’t a clue how to deal with it. but she continued to push forward. it was hard to imagine that she’d been through so much already and the fight wasn’t at all over. it was hard to fathom the idea of her going on a third mission in the span of maybe just a month, as she was one of the newer members to join the league. but she had faith in their leader, Silver Knight, and the safety of others was becoming the top priority in her mind.

her fingers lightly pinching the last pinky digit as she applied the first coat of the girl’s left hand. she was almost done, and they’d soon switch roles— though in hindsight this could provide with a gigantic mess of yellow nail varnish. with her tongue slightly hanging out of her mouth, she finished up carefully as she sat at the edge of her seat of that comfy couch in HQ.
“You’re going to do great. You and Megistune.” she offered her reassurance, hoping to supply optimism to keep up team morale.
“Between the two of you and your abilities, I’d say it’s going to be the most successful mission. You’re going to make the team proud. You’re going to save a ton of lives. It’s a very important mission!”
she released Circuit’s hand as she handed the bottle of polish back to her, presenting her own hands for a second coat. but a giggle erupted, along with a nose scrunch
“Maybe we should let yours dry before you start on that second coat.”
