Alright, first question bc idon't know anyone better to ask, is there any way of knowing more accuratly the metric measurements of arda wigs wigs? bc i am SUPER skeptical about the lengths of the Lulu and Priscilla. 30.5 cm that, according to the picture, go down to the chin???? that's shoulder length!! either that mannequin is a horse, i'm SUPER SMALL or something's wrong here, is there any real way i can know? ive got a sewing tape measure for inches too but.. idek ???

I haven’t handled either of those two wigs in person, so I can only give information I can find online.
30.5cm/12in does seem long for those wigs, according to my measuring tape. Though, I feel like the hair seems much shorter when it’s actually worn, since these are meant to be bob wigs. This is probably due to the volume of hair and any sort of directionality of the hair (such as it curling under the chin a bit vs. hanging straight down from the top of the head, like a tape measure would), and taking into account the bit of scruffly hair at the back of the neck, which is a bit longer to hide your actual scruffy back of neck hair. (Also, the wig head they use for stock photos seems to have a fairly long neck, which might create a bit of an optical illusion in terms of where it hits on a real person’s shoulders, though it wouldn’t really change where it hits on the chin unless the head itself was huge.)
I would look through Arda’s galleries and see how they look worn. The Lulu seems to be mostly used as a base for ponytail clips, so it’s hard to judge it’s length, but it seems to be as short as it is on the wig head when worn on most people (as in, chin length, not shoulder length). There doesn’t appear to be a gallery for the Priscilla.

Really, one of the benefits of ordering from Arda is the extensive Flickr gallery they have with customer photos, so always use that yo your advantage. You can pretty much know exactly what you are going to get because of these.
