Imagine for a moment that all art institution were covered in fur. That they were Colourful and whimsical rather than authoritatively monumental and seriously whitewashed. To to imagine what one might do, feel and observe in a soft and unstable context that swayed in the wind, got wet when it rained and curled in the sun. Could we imaginr a soft and unstable alternative to the hard shell of self important classicism, that mimes a white antiquity that never wad? There are two overlapping Danish expression that incorporate whipped cream. Whipped cream architecture, about overly decorated buildings and the idea that art is a metaphorical whipped cream of society, ie. Not an essential part of society. This is a simulation of what happens when you take the two metaphors very literally.
