Dancing Space Ghost
Yes, this is indeed a thing ! Although, it's not really space ghosts, and nor are they dancing.
The two bright white areas of the image are supermassive black holes. Active black holes produce enormous particle jets that interact with the surroundings.
In this image, the jets emanating from the two black holes are pushed by winds both galactic and intergalactic so they intersect and interact.
