There's this thing in physics, where an action/event/damage/etc doesn't increase gradually but spontaneously starts once the forces reach a threshold. Viewing our system from that viewpoint is much more beneficial for us than the view that we "discovered our systemhood" because we weren't a system before that tipping point. Only one person had only ever piloted the body before that point, he changed throughout the body's life but he was one and we were completely and entirely a singlet.
It just happened like that. One day we were one and then the next we were 10. We do not have have a syscovery at all, the moment we became a system, was the very same moment that we realized we were a system.
