Any Big mental stimulation will leave her wired and tossing and turning so it’s usually mundane stuff like her schedule or the events of the day. Sometimes she’ll practice some form of escapism, (usually after a bad day) curling up in bed and pretending she’s in some fantasy world or in another life completely. She prays a lot before bed as opposed to counting sheep too lol. Her prayers are usually pretty deliberate too, she likes to use the P.R.A.Y. acronym ( Praise, Repent, Ask for others, & Yourself ) She’ll give thanks for all that occurred that day, even the smallest things, ESPECIALLY the smallest things. She’ll seek forgiveness for her wrongdoings, even if it’s as simple small as being mildly unkind to someone on the subway in a situation where she could have shown grace & mercy. She’ll pray for every person she can think of ( that’s usually the part where she starts to doze off ‘cause she will go on and on FOREVER about everything. From their health to their happiness she got u covered ) and finally she’ll ask for herself. It might sound a little contradicting in comparison to the first sentence, but it’s actually pretty soothing and not hugely stimulating ( I say as a person that tries to put it into practice too lol )
