Louis: Hosted Voice. Well imagine if you could take your phone and plug it into your companies network and instantly have high quality, high definition voice solution while eliminating the need for a bulky PBX server or phone box in your office. Hosted Voice allows you to use a VOIP enabaled phone connected to your data network and the phone will connect to your data network which will thus connect to a Hosted Voice server in the Cloud in a Datacenter. You can bring down your Voice that way or you can also configure your Hosted Voice solutions through your computer on a web page setting up such features as: Call fowarding, voice mail, hunt groups, extension forwarding etc. That's about, that's basically it.
Louis: Well, it's cost effective, it's efficient, it's scalable, you can enable a feature called find me, follow me that allows your staff to have the phone system work for them instead of them working around the phone system itself. Phones can be taken offsite, phones can be taken to remote locations, they can be taken on the road. You can configure, um, you can configure your voice number to ring over multiple devices, a cell phone, a home phone, um, your desk phone. And when I say cost effective you can really reduce as a company your Voice by around 50 percent.
Louis: Yes, I would recommend it over an Internal Voice system. The way that the market is growing, the way that things are changing these days. Connectivity has become cheaper as the speeds have increased which allows us to configure Hosted Voice over small to mid sized businesses where in the past it has always been larger businesses who have used Hosted Voice. Um, so yeah, I do, I do recommend it.
