patrick costello is leveraging the internet to coordinate a collaborative teaching archive for the banjo - from the basics through high level pickin' & singin'. he's developed a basic lesson plan and is seeking musicians to commit to creating videos for specific lessons. once the video is created, the teacher just uploads it to the archive where it will be available to the public under the creative commons license.
