In addition to not using the site, leaving feedback, and ranking their app reviews, SEND PHYSICAL LETTERS!!! Even fax them if you want to! Flood the mailbox of YouTube HQ!
A colleague of mine wrote out a script for you to use! Which I will add here, but feel free to write your own email or write your own script and reblog it with this post so others may use it!

My Channel is primarily focused on [State what your Channel focuses on]. Things that many businesses with no concept of hobbies. Even the most savvy of CEOs would consider such things as "childish".
[Or mention how a CEO or Businessman would react to said content.]
My Channel's demographic is primarily made up of [List your Top 2 Demographics. EX: 18-24 yr olds]
The very idea of rolling out an AI Monitoring system for YouTube is a terrible idea. For letting an AI figure out Who's older than 18 and who isn't will be confusing, and I can guarantee
you with 100% certainty that a Majority
of people in their 20s, 30s, and even 40s, will be incorrectly profiled as
AI has a Bias and letting it decide who's 18 or older is a massively injudicious and fatuous idea. It will
target older men & women who are still
Also this system goes heavily against California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Which has the following:
* Right to Correct Inaccurate Personal Information
* Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Data
You're a smart man, I'm sure you've had Internet Safety when you were Younger? I did, and one of the many
rules of Internet Safety is that you
never give out your ID online.
So please, I ask you not only as someone who makes content on your platform, but as someone who genuinely believes that YouTube is meant for "You".
and by "You" I mean "Us", the creators on the platform, the people who make this
website even a twinkle in someone's eye.
[If you're not a YouTuber, talk about how
YouTube is the last bastion of creator content where it's not Cable TV, and fuled by passionate artists & creators who actually care about the content they make.]
I Urge you not on my behalf, but on the Entirety of the platform who make it special, and even profitable. Repeal the implementation of the AI Monitoring system.
It's a bad idea, it will cost YouTube millions in revenue loss, and it'll turn away even the most loyal of users.
Instead you should consider this less invasive method.
* If the Account is more than 10 years old, you can assume the user is over 18. Due to how age works, and the fact you need to be 13 in order to make a YouTube Account.
* If something has ever been Bought on the platform,
you can confirm with a Payment Processor, since you need to be 18 to have a Credit/Debit card.
* If They're a part of the YouTube Partnership Program,
they're automatically considered 18 years or older. Since you need to be 18 to be part of the program.
