I would never ship Louise and Logan.

(and if you do, please hear me out)

Logan is a bully. He's mean and cruel and, even though Louise has showed him compassion more than once, he's always a jerk whenever they meet again. I get that they have a similar confrontational energy but that's about it. Louise can be pretty hectic but she's also very considerate, determined and wants people to be treated fairly (remember that time she pulled some kid's pants cause he was picking on Pocket Sized Rudy?). It makes no sense to compare her, let along pair her, with a teenage bully who's threatened to do awful things and seems to never learn his lesson.

I think shipping two people whose relationship is based on fighting and hate is reinforcing a harmful stereotype that when someone picks on you, is mean to you or acts to harm you they actually care for you. It's spreading an idea that verbal and even physical violence can be tolerated in a relationship (which it can't!), and that fighting is bickering is just a way to show your feelings (which it isn't. A very immature and invalid one at best).

Real healthy and happy relationships are like the one Louise has with Rudy. They get along well 99% of the time. Whenever they fight, it's because one of them isn't seeing from the others perspective, and they always get around that by understanding each other. Rudy understands Louise's chaotic side and not only supports her when she's right but calls her out when she's wrong. She, on the other hand, never picks on Rudy, even with his little quirks, and is always protecting when she needs to. Also they've been best friends for quite a while, so you know their bond has a solid base.

My point is: do not root for toxic, violent relationship dynamics. If you're gonna encourage a couple, encourage one that supports each other, that respects each other. A relationship that's based in yelling and bickering may seem cute at first, but later on it can only lead to emotional stress, hurt and potential traumas.

And let's be honest: having Louise protect Rudy from heartbreak and revealing her feelings for him a little bit at the playground was the most adorable thing ever. Those two are going strong, I just know it. But for now I'm more than happy enjoying their adventures as best buddies.

Fester even called Agnes working for Wednesday : child labor. Because that's how Wednesday sees Agnes.

People would call that 13 year old teenage boy: a rap*st and ask for the writers to delete the character or stone him publicly in the show.

Just like they would have asked the writers to do if Bianca were a boy using his siren powers on a girl... 😏

The double standards and hypocrisy in these fandoms are disgusting.

Why does no one ship Wednesday with bianca??

If you want good queer representation, this would be it.

Wednesday and Bianca are both ambitious and on the same intellectual level. Bianca also seems to be physically strong enough to match Wednesday's fencing skills.

They have a rivalry and associated with it, a lot of tension that can be translated into something se*ual or romantic.

Yet there is hardly anyone talking about it or making art/ fanfiction ?
