i watched the poltergeist trailer and it looks good, i think it'll be more like how Evil Dead was?? it wasn't really a remake, it was more just a different story with a kinda similar plot with a lot of shout-outs to the original. hopefully it's more like that.

15. One thing that draws you to a character to want to roleplay them?

Ahhhh gosh, good question. I guess I really love characters who put on a figurative mask for the people around them, if that makes sense. Like, Norman Bates acts really kind and shy and innocent and philosophical, but he’s really, really twisted, and him being so good at hiding that dark majority of himself interested me. With Miles, he covers up his deep insecurity and self-loathing with anger and sarcasm. I could go on and on with my other muses, too — pretty much every muse I’ve ever played is hiding a part of themselves somehow, and I really love that.

16. One thing that draws you to a character to make you want to roleplay WITH them (as your partner’s character)?

Basically if I think their muse would interact well with mine. This isn’t a universal thing, as I’ve got a LOT of blogs. So for instance, with Miles, I look for people who would interact well with his sarcastic, dark humor, who could either be friends with him on some level, or lovers, or enemies. With Norman, he interacts best with female muses, or sensitive and shy male muses. Norman doesn’t do so well with aggressive men, so I don’t tend to seek them out.

But overall, I’ll interact with almost anyone. Chemistry happens in weird places, so I’ve learned not to question it.

17. A character trait you think is overused?

When characters are too brave/jaded/badass to afraid of anything or are 100% socially/politically ‘correct’ and always seem to know exactly what they’re talking about.

18. A character trait you don’t see often that your muse has.

Maturity Driven. Like, actually driven and motivated by their own willpower. People seem to associate this with typical social butterflies or conceited types, so I can see why it isn’t really that desirable. Compare it to characters that just don’t give a shit - that provides for a lot of conflict, but it’s a challenge to make it genuinely interesting.

     ;;Mary has obviously fair skin, sun kissed because of the sunny area of where she lives and she spends a lot of her time outside. Working in gardens at work, as well as at home, she gets as tan as her skin tone will let her—- if not for an occasional sunburn if she’s not careful. She’s never lived anywhere that has all four seasons, and is usually always more hot than cold so she has a few freckles along her shoulders and on her nose, but they are hardly noticeable unless she’s been under the directly sunlight for most of the day. She does have a signature mole above her upper lip, close to her nose that people know her by—- they say it’s like Marilyn Monroe but if anybody knew anything about her, they would know it’s in a completely different place, and Mary will make it a point to tell you. As for blemishes, she has a few scars here and there, most of them on the lower half of her body.      She runs average in temperature, if not a bit too warm when she’s outside and visibly sweats if she’s exerting herself. The way her body runs is again, usually because of the weather she lives in, which is hot and humid. However, she keeps her house nearly freezing so even on the hottest days of Summer, she’s got a runny nose and cold toes.     Mary tends to over moisturize to keep her youthful appearance, making her skin extremely soft. She has naturally soft hands, and doesn’t need to put lotion on them very often, so there aren’t any cracks or scars besides the ones she had got from her childhood on the inside of her palms.
