i cant believe no one suggested spain, barcelona & madrid are so cool. But then you have very very pretty cities, like Sevilla or Valencia, also Santiago (in Galicia, on the top of portugal) is really nice!! Galicia is so so nice! I'd say Barcelona tho because I am from there and we got good weather and all AND BEACH haha.
