The Interruption Wrap Bracelet. I wanted to create something symbolic of "The Interruption" that extends beyond the words in my book, written in my blog or spoken on my podcast..... A carrier of that specific energy and light. I connected with a talented and creative soul that got the vibe I was looking to create. And here we are.... We all have a story...a journey we've experienced...challenges, triumphs, and great lessons along the way. Those that commit to an ongoing process of personal growth, constantly examining self, taking responsibility in all dealings become a great inspiration for others...giving other humans the belief that they can change. I've had the privilege of spending every Monday at 5 am with Ryan Hodge for the past 40 weeks coaching and facilitating change HE chose to make and steps HE took. I'll be quite clear. I don't change people...I'm a vessel to pass through the selfless guidance my teachers have and continue to share with me. Those I work with simply choose to take the action or not. Loneliness kills….. Straight from Brigham Young University researchers as the next big public-health issue, on par with obesity and substance abuse. Humans are hard wired with an unconscious need to connect to the whole, a bigger part. There is an overwhelming desire to feel something bigger because of lack of ability to do it for self. In the pull to the masses as a filler humans avoid the deeper waters of self, only to continue the pattern that lacks fulfillment. One of the greatest fears held by people is “being alone”. Humans sit in “aloneness”..an energetic space….an unconscious looking at need, sitting in lack, looking for love in all the wrong places that perpetuates “loneliness” Solitude is the solution...stillness... not our programming of medicine that actually kills the soul!!..something so few understand…solitude is a communion with your higher self in quiet, nature..something that is raw instead of full of noise….it allows our higher self a channel to connect with our conscious self…to become and feel more..to co-create the higher work that is our souls work. We struggle in conflict between what our ego wants to do vs what our soul wants to do….we are programmed…we need to create new programs and open the channel.
