Musician and educator Jerrell Jackson presents his workshop, "How to Grow an Orchestra" to Teaching Artists at Play On, Philly. HTGO explores different types of leadership structures, fundamentals of teamwork and creative problem-solving while using the orchestra as a laboratory. Teaching Artists can use techniques and exercises from this workshop to engage their students in practicing leadership and teamwork in a musical environment.
