That's an interesting concept! Depending on the mc whose world reader got isekai'd to (let's use Roxanne and Dahlia as contrasting examples), reader would either have a hard time or an easy life.
With Roxanne, as happy as she is after finding out that she's not the only modern world human to end up inside a novel, she has to maintain her character and not treat you with favouritism in front of Dion and Jeremy. If she acts recklessly, she may put you in danger. So she'll most likely kidnap you and express to her family how much she wants to have you as her new toy (alright simps with a degradation kink, show yourselves 😔), an excuse she uses to keep you out of anyone's reach. She'll treat you kindly in private and slowly open up to you about her isekai situation, and who knows... she might start developing feelings of obsession for you.
With Dahlia, I can see her quickly attaching herself to you so that you won't go anywhere she can't follow. She'll act like a cute younger sister to earn your affection, and with how charming she is, you'll no doubt develop feelings of fondness for her. She'd then ask Hikan if you could become her personal servant to which he obviously agrees to because how can he say no to her. And BAM, suddenly you've become part of the Pesteros Duchy with a young girl looking out for your safety and happiness. Dahlia best little sister those who agree with me raise your hand ✋
