Finally got to cook my #purplecabbage I don’t normally eat cabbage at all but I found out a while ago I do like a bit of purple cabbage from time to time. I’m more of a #fruitarian than a lover of #vegetables so I struggle sometimes with making yummy food that I feel inspired to cook, especially on my own not having my family or partner around. I easily can go without eating, snacking ( I’m not really a snacked ) and eating very little for long periods of time and only a few years I realised I was naturally doing #intimittentfasting especially when I have a busy schedule. Being a working single mum of 3 children for over a decade I cooking 🥘 became something I began not to enjoy as I was juggling too many balls ( pots and pans! ) when I began to live in my own once the children left 1 meal a day would suffice and I often went out to eat rather than cook for myself, not a great habit however it was a way of loving myself and creating less stress. But occasionally I do make the effort like today once I had the missing ‘ingredient’ green #pesto to add to my vegetable 🥕🥦 🥗 #pasta concoction. Made plenty so I have some to eat tomorrow too!
