Lol a long time now! Like…I wanna say three...
This year makes 3 years! Like this August! Omg. I fainting.
Rose Toilette, Dreamy Dollhouse, Misty Sky, and Wonder Story. :)
Rose toilette: your signature perfume I guess Yves Rocher’s vanilla one because it’s the one I use the most often, but Ralph Lauren number 4 is my favorite (maybe the reason I dont use it that often– I dont want to run out of it haha)
Dreamy dollhouse: describe your room in 5 wordsLilac, cluttered, artsy, cute, childish
Misty sky: what is your favorite kind of weather?Either thunderstorm or foggy days
Wonder story: what kind of things do you like to read about?I’m really, really interested on history, art and astronomy. I also love reading women’s fiction, and true crime and paranormal events are my guilty pleasures.
Thank you ever so much for your questions! 💛
@notonlybookishstuff
I'm reading Two on a Tower by Hardy for university. I'm actually hearing the audiobook while simultaneously reading the words because I find it useful for pronunciation.
Haven’t heard of it. But I hope you like it. I’ve had a friend who used to do that, it helped her too.
@gayducklings
The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle by Haruki Murakami and "Vee peal" by Olavi Ruitlane
Ooh, those sound very high brow. Hope you enjoy!!
@intoxicatingstories
I'm starting The Bone Season, because I got The Mime Order for my birthday, but haven't read the first one in a year or two, so I need to re-read it before I can start Mime Order lol. I love the Daughter of Smoke and Bone series!
I’ve heard so much about those books, but I haven’t gotten around to reading them. Also, happy birthday!! I’m glad you do, I do too!! Use recaptains if you don’t feel like rereading.
@thebookwormbrittany
I'm listening to the audiobook of A Tale for the Time Being by Ruth Ozeki, it's really good so far!
I’m glad you like it. Sounds very literary.
9, 11, 23!
9. Favorite scent
I love the scent of cedar. Also, red velvet. But mostly, cedar is my favorite scent.
11. Favorite time of day
Sleep time.
23. Who is your best friend and how did you meet
My best friend is Tiff and we met in the back of our math classroom during meet the teacher night, and we made fun of the teacher (who ended up being my favorite teacher, btw, and the reason I want to be a math teacher). I think we technically met in band camp but honestly, it was probably more of a passing ‘this is Tiff she plays clarinet’ and we barely talked before then.
Thanks <3
3, 12, and 20!
I’m not sure when I got this ask, but thank you :)
3:First book that had a major influence on youThere isn’t a novel that had a huge influence on me that I can remember. But I know manga series like Inuyasha and Ranma ½ had a major influence on me as a kid, since it’s what got me into manga and anime as a whole.
12:Tell one book story or memory (what you were wearing when you were reading something, someone saw you cry in public, you threw a book across the room and broke a window, etc.)So, back when Twilight was gaining popularity, I was listening to my friend (who now hates the series) gushing over the book and all that typical obsessive jazz. When I told her I hadn’t read it, the next thing I know is that we’re at the school library, she’s thrusting the book into my chest, and she’s telling me, “You will read this book over the weekend so we can have discussions about it. Got it?” And of course, I did as she said because I figured that’s what friends do. And of course, the book gave me a headache because I was reading the book way too fast over the course of two days (I was not that fast of a reader for that one).
20:A character you like but you really, really shouldn’t.Rachel from The Girl on the Train comes to mind. She’s a trainwreck of a woman (haha, puns) but I can sympathize with her shitty situation. Still wouldn’t want to be near her in real life, though.
Birthday Shenanigans and stuff
What?!?!?! It’s my freaking birthday and I can’t believe I’m 21! (I obv need to edit my blog description now xD)
It’s crazy to think about this time last year.
For those who don’t know, my puppy got sick around this time last year and ended up having to put him down on the morning of my birthday (which is today) and it was one of the hardest things I did.
But, I also found out how supportive you lovely people on tumblr can be. And still I thank those people who reached out to me at that time.
I’m freaking 21 today and you better believe that I’m going to get my ass a drink! (Preferably from Razoos.)
I might upload some selfies from today but other than that, I’ll start up my queue again tomorrow.
Also, shoutout to my besties for being to fucking great!

Also thank you girls for being great friends in general! I can’t wait until we all meet up and cause havoc! Until then, I’m going to party it up as hard as I can (And try to read a fucking book!)

12. Busy days: I always feel accomplished afterwards.
13. Early Mornings
14. Daffodils
15. Turtles: Because who doesn’t love them.
