Lucina blushed furiously as she heard the door open, looking up for a few moments, before closing her eyes again. She shifted slightly, tugging tentatively at the ropes that kept her hands tied above her head, as if to see how firmly they were tied. While the rope wasn’t tied too tightly, it was still tight enough to keep her from getting free, and covering herself.

Instead, she could only lay there silently, waiting for the male’s reaction as he saw her current position. It likely didn’t look too good, either. She was bound and exposed, with nothing but skimpy, black lingerie covering her. Once a few moments had passed, she let out a nervous chuckle, her face still a deep shade of red.

"H-hey…" She stammered quietly, before shifting again.

Nightmare

Lucina remained silent as she stared at the wall in front of her, refusing to close her eyes despite how tired she was. Over the past while, she had barely slept at all... And recently, she had stopped eating almost entirely. She hadn't told anyone, but lately she had been suffering from nightmares. Every night, the plagued her, refusing to allow her any rest at all.However, even though she had refused to tell anyone, the signs were clear. The circles under her eyes had darkened considerably, and her face was sickly and pale, almost seeming to sink in to her skull. Still, she had tried to keep herself going until recently, when she couldn't tolerate it any more.Before long, her thoughts were interrupted as she heard her door opening. Her head whipped to the side, and she slowly started to reach for whatever weapon she could find. In the darkness, she could have sworn she saw gleaming red eyes, her lack of sleep causing hallucinations.At that point, she shot to her feet and backed against the nearest wall, still trying to find some way to defend herself from the nonexistent threat."S-stay away from me!" She growled.

The princess huffed quietly, turning her head from side to side for a few moments. She then began to reach out blindly to her bedside table, searching for the water that she had requested to be left there. However, that didn’t work out too well, and she realized that she had found it, only after she had knocked the pitcher over, spilling the water.

She then buried her head in her hands, not even looking up as she heard someone approaching. She only sighed quietly, shaking her head slowly. “I hate this… I can’t do anything on my own anymore…” She mumbled.

"Of course.." She said, holding him.

Zerah would be sitting around a fire, before looking at her now buddy under the blanket as she smiled and scooted closer and smiled.

"Thank you." She said softly, kissing his cheek.

"What did you do?!"

"I… I didn’t do anything on purpose!" The princess yelped, frowning slightly. "I… I was trying to protect a village from the Risen… But I couldn’t save everyone… So the people are treating me as if I was the one to kill those people! It’s not even my fault! I tried to do everything… But I couldn’t fight back against them when they went to put me in here. I couldn’t bring myself to do it.”

"…And I don’t think that they have any intention of letting me go free again…" She sighed quietly, before closing her eyes. Did the people really hate her that much, for failing to save everyone?
