Haha, it’s hard to sound all smooth/collected and non-repetitive without doing more video takes. I’m mostly a one-take kinda gal, cuz I’m too lazy to redo, if I have to redo, I almost just wanna scrap it entirely! Anyway, finished prepping homes for tomorrow’s home showings. Going to check taxes on these homes too so I have that info in case my buyer wants some on the fly estimated mortgage payments. And after I finish that, I’m going to do some searches for a new client who I will be meeting in person, hopefully, this weekend for our first house showings together! :) Every new client is like a potential new friend!
