First part of being Wiccan/Pagan is getting in tune with your body. Meditation is key for a lot of things. You can meditate to clear your mind, ease stress, and become more In tune with your body. You can meditate on your own, or there are many apps on guided meditations so you can try different forms. YouTube has plenty too. Meditation relieves the stress of your mind and helps you wind down. For your first time, you might not be able to meditate for a long time. It takes time, effort, and practice to be able to do it properly. If anyone needs guidance let me know!
