But guys, for real, I still can't process the fact that Inu is now a DAD that acts like a DAD.

Like, I thought they would just give a hug or something and just that, specially with how they portrayed him in past episodes.

But he talks to her, makes sure to let her know she's important to them, hugs her, comforts her.

Less than 10 minutes of getting to "meet her" and already she's daddy's girl.

By far, Yashahime's best dad ❤️❤️❤️

Seriously though I feel like if everyone(Kagome Miroku Sango Rin Jaken etc), met Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru’s father, they would be awestruck for a solid five minutes until he said or did something so INFURIATINGLY LIKE HIS SONS that suddenly all the pieces fall into place and everyone is like “this explains so much omg”

I love how Inu no Taisho’s go-to move when he’s just 1000% done with a fight is to cut off his opponent’s arm 😂

Wishes

“Papa, if you could catch a shooting star what would you wish for?” His daughter’s face was turned up towards the sky. Her big eyes reflecting the stars above. 

With a small “keh.” Inuyasha wrapped his arms tightly around the child. “I don’t need to catch shooting stars to make wishes.” 

She gave him a head tilt. “Why not?” 

With a soft kiss to the top of her head Inuyasha replied, “Because your mama has already given me everything I could have asked for.”
