- Kumuha ako ng matcha green tsa bags mula sa Healthy Options. Ito ay isa sa paborito kong lasa sa mag tea na natikman ko. Ang kailangan dito ay ang tea bags at mainit na tubig. Tinaggal ko ang tsaa na bag pagkatapos ibabad ng limang minuto at hinalo gamit ang kutsarita para mahalo talaga ang matcha at tubig.

Kumuha ako ng mulberry tea bags mula sa healthy options. Gawa ito sa Philippines. <Suporta sa lokal na produkto!> Hinalo ko siya ng unflavored Collagen powder sa tsaa para i-mantian ko ang pagkabata ng kutis ko.
