Do you think that if a Xenomorph (from Alien) where to find its way into Gensokyo that an infestation would happen? Probley not because they're beasts despite being very clever. Though maybe they might the take on genetic traits of Gensokyo's residents and that would give them an advantage.

I’m sure there’s a doujin somewhere that explores this. That said, assuming that xenomorphs could effect non-humans in Gensokyo anyway (which is debatable, since they’re just as much magical constructs as they are physical beings), I imagine the shoot-first, ask-questions-later attitude of most Gensokyo residents would keep it from getting too far out of hand.
