Invasion

#InvasionAppleTV #CW4400. Recently picked up two new shows and here's how it has been going so far. Invasion is, you guessed it, an alien invasion of Earth but the mystery has yet to unfold. It happens in four key locations -- the US, Afghanistan, the UK, and Japan. Quite an odd combination, I thought, but it's definitely an interesting watch. You have four varying perspectives of how this invasion impacted their lives. A family was forced to flee their home while the wife dealt with the secret of her cheating husband, who was still with her. A soldier blasted in the middle of an Afghan desert during a war, and ends up losing his squad. A group of children fell from a cliff after their bus dogded falling space debris during their field trip. And, a JASA woman struggling to solve the mystery of her astronaut girlfriend who died in space because of an inexplicable clash. So many things happening, I know, and I am living for every moment of it. Especially the one set in Japan. Next is 4400 which has Manifest CW Edition written all over it. A total of 4400 people from different decades have suddenly appeared in Detroit in 2021. They were all declared missing persons in their respective time period following a strange phenomena, yet to them it's as if they were only living their normal lives up until their point of abduction. I know, Manifest, Flight 828. Yeah. But it's still interesting because it turns out, they've acquired powers of sorts -- advanced healing, telekinesis, etc. Invasion sounds a whole lot more interesting because of its varying perspectives, but the mystery behind 4400 is just as intriguing.
