My 25 years of palaeoart chronology…

In 202 I supplied artwork to the BBC for the first series/season of Prehistoric Planet on Apple TV Plus. The most successful piece was this section of Mosasaurus skin (Darren Naish was consultant).

This beautiful Victorian gown has the distinction of being used for both adaptations of Edith Wharton's 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑩𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔, and it is a great example of how high-definition cameras can drastically bring out the details in a costume.   The gown was first worn by Carla Gugino as Nan St. George in the 1995 version, and then later by Mia Threapleton as Honoria Marable in the AppleTV+ version in 2023.   See more photos of this incredible piece at Bit.ly/VicEd329
