It stops in its tracks as it hears you and turns its head to face you. It doesn't move an inch and says nothing.

The mouse is reading some of the posters on the wall. You can tell it's reading because its face is right up against the poster.
The poster is in Japanese, a language it does not know how to read.
*stick vs fist duel*
It's a battle more intense than any I've ever seen as inky fingers grasp at the evasive poking tool. By the time I move to start making popcorn, however, the stick breaks from the two of you tugging on it, and the mouse quickly snatches the halves up to win the duel.
It lets out a deep, watery chuckle a bit after the action concludes.
Poking you with a stick
"Hey!"
It flinches a bit, but seems to identify you as a non-threat. You get away with poking it for several seconds before it starts trying to swat the stick out of your hands.
"Hey."
...
"Wanna see my head come off?"
It's staring up at the sky in the middle of the grass. The stars are a lot prettier when you hardly got the chance to see them before.
Mother?
It turns to you with a little more life than what it's shown up to this point.
"Mo.. thher." The English sounds like someone figuring out how to say something for the first time, but it's a new word in its vocabulary. Maybe it means something to it.
I drink the yellow goop
It is chunky and tastes disgusting. Depending on anon biology, you may throw up or fall ill, depending on how long it stays in your stomach before disappearing.
