I can offer some assistance as well if anyone needs it. I personally use Treasure Japan. Have had a great experience with them so far, though I'm not sure how they compare to others in regards to fees. But they do allow for preorders.

hi guys! thanks for all of you replies to my question about this counter ! it appears it is from ofb (drats) and so now i have to decide if i want to install ofb or if i can get it extracted. hmm. anyways, thanks to everyone!!
