//@lord-invex because apparently he is hoarding the undergrounds marsh mellow supply.
Nine had wanted to go on another ‘adventure’ through a new timeline for a long time, their curiosity having been left unsatiated ever since Shifter went missing. And Akim had as of late always been willing to open them new portals without the need of annoying him anymore, which the small amalgamate thought was a little boring, so a fresh new Underground was quickly found and invaded. At first, this seemed like any other timeline they had been to. Nine went around all the different areas, which they were only able to do since their host had been nice enough to open the portal in the Ruins, talking with all kinds of different monsters, prodding for information and keeping an eye out for anything new in the scenery, that didn’t belong into the ‘standard’ timelines image of the Underground. Sadly, they didn’t find much of anything new, at least not in Snowdin, Waterfall or Hotland. Sure, some of the monsters had different dialogue options, that was to be expected, and there had even been a few monster species that the determination-made child had never seen before, but the curiosity about them wore off quickly enough. They wanted something big! Something exciting and new! And, once they went to investigate New Home, they finally got it! A gigantic Manor, not out of place for residents of this Underground, but for someone like Nine, who was not only used to it not existing but was explicitely searching for something like this, it stood out like a sore thumb. The child gazed up at it in awe and a large smile spread across their face, as excitement over this new discovery began to fill them. They simply HAD to go and see who or what was inside!
So, they strolled up to the front gates and ... paused. Should they knock, or try to sneak inside? Hm, decisions, decisions but, after at least a minute of debating with themselves, they decided on sneaking in. After all, that would be much more fun, if people were inside. So, they first thing to try was, of course, to simply try and open the door, to see wether or not it was open or locked.

*Invex.... Sounds awfully similar to the monster professor we got during our time at the Undersoul Academy...
*He looked like an ok guy? Monsters can be a little intimidating at times but I bet he’s a dependable guy.
Stop trying to buy people Invex!
