I absolutely need my arms to communicate. I don't think people understand when I tell them that I have to talk to them in person because I need them to see my hand gestures in order to get my point across.
right, and i feel the same way just because i rely on communicating via body language and interpreting it a lot. i just often feel disoriented most of the time when i communicate via text because it eliminates those things, and trying to piece how people are feeling and what people mean when they text is futile most of the time.
