Getting Invoice Ghosted struggle is real. It happens to all of us at times. Before you think it's your methods and practices, realize some invoices slip into the excuses cracks. ✅ Invoice Ghosted Top Excuses 1. We didn't receive your invoice. 2. Can you resend to this email address? 3. Your emails were in our spam box. 4. Our payables girl is off this week. 5. Out of office reply return date keeps changing. 6. Payables girl is back in office. 7. Our card was declined? We have another card? 8. Hmm still declined, we'll send you a check. 9. The check is still in the mail. 10. Wait what's your correct mailing address? Other than sending your uncle Rocco and his guys with their crowbars, you're under the waiting game of creative business designers. Not that you should hold graphics hostage, (i never recommend that), be more consistent with getting payment upon delivery of graphics and offer other direct forms of payment options, Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, Stripe billing... Enjoy a laugh if any of these excuses sound familiar to you.
