I didn’t want that old fart to ruin my happy family reunion hahaha BUT! Fun fact: the original composition of this drawing involved the dragon Morning, wrapped around Rhaena's shoulder & Corwyn Corbray wasn't even there to begin with! I realized Aegon would NOT be all smiley & happy with a dragon that close, & changed things to fit that narrative

The triptych commission for @inwilis I’ve been working on since December 2021. This is the biggest piece I’ve ever painted - three artworks, three detailed backgrounds, more than a dozen of characters. The hard and dark theme which made it very painful to work on the middle and third panels in March.
This was a long journey. Isil, Valora, Eire, Basha, Zian, Mazatecli, Meadharan and Syrège belong to @inwilis, Nill belongs to @bitemerogers. The Blue Lady, the Green Lady, the Lynx lady and the background characters are my designs and I am proud of them. Huge thanks to @inwilis for an opportunity to work on this amazing project.
