🦉⚔️🔒for Ioreth!!!
🦉 What piece of advice do they give everyone but never follow themselves? Oh this one is easy for Ioreth. She's constantly shushing other people and telling them to be mindful not to interrupt when someone else (read: Ioreth herself) is talking. But of course, Ioreth is our yapper in chief- she readily interrupts other people and talks at length without reading social cues (see also: her entire first interaction with Aragorn in the Houses of Healing; her chatter with the Warden in I Brought the Sun and Stars). Look Ioreth, we know you've seen many winters and have some real gems to share. But a little self awareness would not hurt, babe <3 ⚔️ How do they act when they’re furious but have to stay polite? In her youth, Ioreth was the queen of double speak. You know, backhanded compliments, choice words with double meaning that sound polite but are actually subtle owns? She'd be the type of gal to tell someone, "I hope you have the day you deserve" or some such witty comeback. However, as she's aged, Ioreth has simply gotten more blunt. If she's furious, she'll tell you. She doesn't much care for trying to stay polite these days. She's got a strong sense of her own moral rectitude, and she isn't afraid to tell you about it. 🔒 What’s a secret they’ll take to their grave? Ioreth has got it bad for Mardil, Warden of the Houses of Healing, but she's never going to approach him about that, ever. She thinks she's too old to take a new lover, and if she's completely honest, she's worried that its been far too long since she's courted someone, and she's probably lost her touch. No, she'll just settle for coming up with excuses to go to his office and gossip or sip a cup of tea together. Hopefully The Warden gets it together and makes a move on Ioreth, because she certainly isn't going to do it.
