The video shows the iPad 5, which is modeled after the famous case for the iPad Mini (as is apparent from the pictures that some time ago, leaked to the network).
It is equipped with a smaller bezel around the screen and rounded edges. A copy of the alleged framing of the new iPad was applied to the current generation iPad. See below:
