IP, also known as IPapyruss.
Abilities: Coding, multiverse traveling. His coding touches you, and it burns like acid. His 'brother' is Code Runner. Brothers by literal code. They do not consider one another brothers. His personality mainly resembles a mixture between Underfell Papyrus and Undertale Papyrus. His emotions are out of control, and he does not have a set personality. He is literally a psychopath. (He is obviously the one in the background of the picture. Don't have any other pictures of the bastard.)
