Did you iPhone 4 suddenly stop working?
Our customers use their iPhones constantly and are at a complete loose end when their device doesn't work. Their social and business lives come to a screeching halt...
We have found a simple solution that works most of the time - a hard reset.
What you need to do:
Hold your power & home button down at the same time for 15 - 20 seconds. After around 15 seconds, but sometimes as much as 20 seconds, the Apple logo should appear and your iPhone will boot up and be back to it's normal, brilliant, self.
Now you can get back to enjoying your iPhone and stop worrying about your faulty iPhone!
