  Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd. Initial Public Offering Subscription was from 06-10 April for Residence Bangladeshi (RB) and 06-19 April 2014 for Non Residence Bangladeshi (NRB). Shahjibazar Power IPO lottery draw will be held 2nd week of April, 2014. IPO over subscript 20.21 times.

Earlier, BSEC conjointly approved the IPO of Shahjibazar Power Co. Ltd for floating 1.26 crore ordinary shares at the price of 25/-, including 15/- premium, for each to raise Tk 31.70 crore to repay its bank loans and IPO expenses.

The earning per share was Tk 2.32 and net asset value, including asset revaluation, was Tk 25.72 as per financial statement over on thirty June 2013.

  Primary Status of Shahjibazar Power Co Ltd IPO Result:

All concerned are hereby informed that: Total amount of subscription (excluding NRB)=Tk.6,392,320,000 (application received=12,78,464 nos). Total amount received from NRB =Tk. 15,475,000 up to 10th March 2014 (application received=3,095 nos).

Hence, Total subscription received=Tk. 6,407,795,000 (application received=1281559 nos) against Public Issue of IPO of Tk. 317,000,000 (Total Lots=63,000 nos) which is over subscribed by 20.21 times.

Hence, Shahjibazar Power IPO over subscript 20.21 times then IPO size.
