Starting December 1, 2025 new application fees from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are in effect. Here’s what’s changed:
Restoration of visitor status → now $239.75 (was $229)
Student-status restoration → $389.75 (was $379)
Worker-status restoration → $394.75 (was $384)
Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) / Inadmissibility / Criminal Rehabilitation standard → $239.75 (was $229.77)
Serious Criminality Rehabilitation → $1,199.00 (was $1,148.87)
