About the Wei Family

To protect Jacob, their father, Arvin Wei, was killed in a Death Eater attack on Muggles, when Joslyn was only three years old.

After their father's death, their mother, Iris Wei, a Squib, had to work even harder in the Muggle world to support her two children, while Jacob took on the responsibility of caring for his younger sister.

Nope.

When she was little she learned some kids do it so she tried it too. But the toy always ended up on the ground next morning, so she gave it to a stranger kid.

No. She accepts the fact she's dumb.

32. What's MC's favorite thing to do when they hang out with their friends?

Going to bookstores or Three Broomsticks, playing gobstones or tabletop games, or practicing quidditch. Actually, just having a chat or listening to her friends are perfect for her, no matter where they are.

Once he wrote on his palm in advance, but he regretted and wiped it at the last second before the test. So, nope.

At their secret treehouse with his squad in the Forbidden Forest, reading books, playing games, talking about the vaults or his sister, or watching his besties arguing again.

58. What does MC's parents think of the Cursed Vaults?

The kids don't want to worry their busy mom, so they basically tell nothing about the Cursed Vaults.

When she learned her kids violated the school rules for hunting the vaults, she felt left out but couldn't blame them because she knew she had been mostly absent from their lives.

The sense of guilt made her not dare to ask Joslyn about the vaults, so she tried her own way to gather information to find Jacob, but as a squib alone she couldn't do much.
