288. Áed Uaridnach ("Áed the Warlike", or Áed mac Domnaill, "Áed son of Domnall") was an Irish king who was High King of Ireland from 601 to 607. He is sometimes also known as Áed Allán, a name most commonly used for the 8th-century king of the same name, this Áed's great-great-grandson.

284. Báetán Mac Ninneda was High King of Ireland in 567.

289. Máel Coba was a High King of Ireland from 608 to 610.

281 and 282. Eochaid Find ("the fair") ruled jointly with his uncle Báetán mac Muirchertaig from 569.

In 572 the two kings were defeated and slain by Crónán mac Tigernaig, king of the Cianachta Glenn Geimin in modern County Londonderry.

301. Fergal mac Máele Dúin was High King of Ireland between 709 and 718.

308. Donnchad mac Domnall (733-797) was High-King of Ireland between 766 and 792.

The reign of Domnall had been relatively peaceful, but his rule saw a return to a more expansionist policy directed against Leinster, traditional target of the Uí Néill, and also, for the first time, the great southern kingdom of Munster.

310. Conchobar Mac Donchada was High King of Ireland between 818 y 833.
