You might think, after reading about the appalling treatment we received, i’d say no.
My answer:
If you’re in Ireland, this is probably a valid choice.
If you’re abroad, be very careful: when they claim to be present in a country, it doesn’t always mean they have a real agency there. in our case, there’s no professional installer, no maintenance team, no stock...
and more importantly: they don’t care there isn’t. they chose a system to sell abroad where they have no legal responsabilities and , it seems, they feel no moral obligation to toffer the same service as in Ireland.
so when you find yourself with a milk parlour kept together with baling twine because it started falling apart the moment it was in use, they don’t apologise, they don’t help, they don’t even answer you, they simply pretend you don’t exist.
of course, they made you pay every penny before shipping out one single item.
is there any other explanation then “we don’t care about quality, customer satisfaction, animal wellbeing or even our reputation, just that mothers of invention album?
